I say the percentage has to be at least 46%!
what's really interesting is that only 39% of people supported Clinton's impeachment even when Congress was pushing it to the max. now, of course, congress is doing nothing - but still 42% support it.
Win elections = gets to decide what to do - called democracy. So, how about deciding on an agenda, winning an election or two, and then your party can make decisions.
i guess we should let people break laws if they won an election then. maybe they shouldn't have to pay taxes either.
